Role overview
This is a senior hybrid role with marketing as the primary focus, and secondary support across business development, client relations and production.
The role exists to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing for Reel Creative and selected clients, reduce founder dependency, support business development activity, and strengthen the overall client experience.
You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and play a visible role in how the business is represented externally. The role is designed to grow as the business evolves.
Location and working pattern
Predominantly based at the Reel Studios in Britannia Place, with flexibility to work remotely and at filming locations when required.
The role is 20–25 hours per week, depending on applicant requirements. Hours and working pattern are flexible and will be agreed in advance, with periodic review to ensure they continue to suit the business.
Primary responsibility
Marketing is the core priority of the role. Responsibilities include:
Leading the business marketing strategy and its execution
Owning and delivering the business’s marketing outputIdentifying, advising on and implementing tools or platforms to support business and client objectives
Planning, curating and creating content across channels
Managing content calendars and publishing schedules
Turning existing work, process and behind-the-scenes activity into marketing output
Supporting in-house marketing strategy and delivery for selected clients
Ensuring marketing activity remains consistent, even during busy client periods
The emphasis is on consistency, discoverability and momentum, rather than volume or perfection.
Secondary responsibility
Business development support
The role supports revenue generation by reducing friction between ideas, conversations and execution. This includes:
Supporting proposals and pitches
Packaging ideas into clear, client-facing material
Producing case studies and sales assets

For clarity, this role does not:

Replace the founder as primary relationship holder
Act as a general admin role
Carry responsibility for all operational tasks
Clear boundaries are part of what makes the role effective.
Client relations and production support

Representing the business as a highly capable, friendly and professional presence
Being on-site when clients attend the studio
Attending select shoots to support client experience and confidence
Supporting practical production planning where required
Acting as an additional visible point of contact during filming and studio days
